Capt. Joyce is a 100-ton Master Capt. and the owner of Narcosis Scuba Center. She is also a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer with over 26 years experience in the dive industry.

Former owner of Land O’ Lakes Scuba, she moved the dive operation to Tarpon Springs in 1996 and changed the name to Narcosis Scuba Center.

Capt. Joyce worked her way from an Open Water Diver in 1987 and worked her way to become a MSDT Instructor by 1990. Once a PADI Open Water Instructor it did not take long for her to gain the rating of Master Scuba Diver Trainer. She holds 16 specialty ratings with PADI.

Capt. Joyce enjoys teaching all levels of diving, especially children and teenagers. She is well known for her underwater hunting and loves to share that knowledge with other divers as an Underwater Hunting instructor.
