Capt. Lance joins the Narcosis Scuba family from the beautiful island of St. Croix, where he first learned to dive and discovered his lifelong passion for the ocean. Growing up surrounded by crystal-clear water and vibrant reefs, he developed a deep respect for marine life and a love for sharing those experiences with others. Whether he’s navigating the boat, swapping stories on the surface, or guiding divers beneath the waves, Capt. Lance is always focused on creating safe, memorable adventures for everyone on board.

He’s especially proud to inspire the next generation of ocean lovers and hopes to pass his enthusiasm for the water down to his daughter, teaching her the same appreciation for the sea that shaped his own journey.
